The company was founded in October 2018 by MR Justice Shai with the aim of providing convenient services to customers by bringing the service to them. The company is 100% black owned, with the goal of empowering the communities in the surrounding areas through general work employment opportunities. The company came about after the Company owner worked in the Maintenance departments of company giants such as Murray & Roberts Property where Mr Shai worked as the Building Supervisor overseeing the overall maintenance, cleaning, and identifying gaps in services and looking at different ways to filling that Gap.

This is where the Drive for providing in-house” carwash came in as employees would request for their car’s to be washed while they are continuing their assigned tasks of the Company they are working for. This soon became more a necessity as more and more employees showed appreciation for this onsite service that is being offered. In 2011 Mr Shai moved to working for Sandvik Material Handling and the service was continued and soon became a huge investment as the population of customers was large and the demand was there.

With the experience of working in the commercial facilities department, Mr Shai formalised the Car wash provision services to Sandvik Management and employees with the proposal of further providing services that are normally outsourced, with the advantage of the services being exclusively provided to Sandvik. This was the introduction of the General maintenance component to the Company.

This includes gardening services and general cleaning of the common areas as a measure to ensure the Client (Sandvik) itself can achieve its health and environmental safety protocols and legislative requirements.
